MNT-members celebrate new committee's office at their annual membership-meeting over the roofs of Jena

On the occasion of their annual membership-meeting of the MNT e. V. 2010 and in noble ambiance all members met in the afternoon of August 26 2010 on the 27th floor in the conference rooms of Jena's JenTower.

There was more than one reason to celebrate: first of all the new committee's office, consisting of executive manager Karsen Seifert and PR-consultant Janine Weller, presented themselves. Thanks to these changes in Human Resources the MNT e. V. is led by a committee's office with a department for press and public relations for the first time. Besides these internal changes Karsten Seifert presented the new agenda for the second half of 2010 as well as next year's rategy and financial agenda.

Earlier the members passed the financial statements of the past years and therewith symbolically cleared the way for a new start of the MNT. The management board presented their future plans for the cluster initiative, which in the future will focus more on its appearance in the press and the public. Furthermore the management board already cooperated with other promising Thuringian cluster and projects to develop the work of Mikro-Nano-Thüringen more effiantly and effectively.  

After constructive discussions about future projects, possibilities and plans of the MNT e. V. the members were rewarded with an exclusive buffet of the reknowned Scala-restaurant of the JenTower.

The next meeting will be held in form of an extraordinary meeting in November. The committee's office will announce and inform members in time.
